The contact owns a 2024 Lexus NX350H. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed and parking the vehicle in the residential garage, the vehicle independently accelerated. The contact stated that the vehicle crashed into the wall, and the beam was damaged. In addition, the dryer and the door were damaged. The contact stated that the failure had previously occurred. The vehicle was towed to the Lexus body shop on January 26, 2024. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
