TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 LOAD RITE SNOWMOBILE TRAILER. DUE TO CORROSION, THE AXLE COULD BRAKE OFF OF THE TRAILER. LOAD RITE DISCONTINUED USAGE OF THE AXLE THAT BUILT HIS TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS REPAIRED PREVIOUSLY UNDER THE RECALL# NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 01E031000, EQUIPMENT MECHANICAL, WRECKER AND WHEEL LIFT DEVICES. THE AXLE BROKE OFF FROM THE TRAILER AGAIN AND THE CONTACT NOTIFIED LOAD RITE WHO STATED THAT THEY DO NOT FEEL THAT THIS IS A PART OF THE RECALL; HOWEVER, THEY HAVE OFFERED HIM A NEW AXLE AT NO CHARGE.
