IN REAREND CRASH ON FREEWAY, DRIVER SEATBACK COLLAPSED, TRAPPING REAR PASSENGER IN CAR. FUEL LINE PULLED OUT FROM TANK, ALLOWING FUEL FED FIRE, WHICH BURNED TRAPPED PASSENGER TO DEATH.
