DRIVER'S SIDE AUTOMATIC SEAT BELT FAILURE, SEAT BELT MOTOR HAS STOPPED WORKING. TT
SEAT BELT FAILED TO RETRACT DURING AN ACCIDENT, RESULTING IN INJURIES. *AK
CONSUMER WAS IN ACCIDENT, HE WAS REAR ENDED AND THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT RETRACTOR DIDN'T RESTRAIN, CONSUMER HIT HEAD ON THE STEERING . *AK
