RECALL 95V103005 REGARDING SEAT ELT BUCKLES, CONSUMER STATED THAT HE SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH DEALER ONE YEAR AGO AND AS OF YET THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PARTS TO FIX VEHICLE. *AK
