TL* TAKATA RECALL. THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 MERCEDES-BENZ C63 AMG. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTIFICATION FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V043000 (AIR BAGS). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE REPAIR. THE CONTACT CALLED MERCEDES-BENZ OF BEVERLY HILLS (9250 BEVERLY BLVD, BEVERLY HILLS, CA, (310) 659-2980) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 2-HX2DGS. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.

rear subframe severe corrosion and cracking, have pictures of it the corrosion severity, yes available upon inspection. mechanic told me my 2 rear wheels can fall out completely and leave me with no control over the car. the car has been inspected by a certified independent service center. No. and no warning lights and no symptoms just the rear subframe cracking on the verge of falling off
