MY CAR CUT OFFS WITH ME DRIVER AT 55-65 MILE WITH NO WARNING ON MANY OCCASIONS. IT HAS ACCELLERATED AS IF I HAVE THE CRUISE CONTROL ENGAGED FOR LACK OF A BETTER DISCRIPTION. ON OCCASION IT FAILED TO RESPOND WHEN PRESS THE ACCELERATOR AND CUT OFF ,THEN QUICKLY JERK INTO STARTING AND ACCELORTATE QUICKLY. THE AIR CONDITIONER JUST STOPPED WORKING. IT JUST FAILED TO COME ON. NOW HOT AIR SEEMS TO EMIT FROM THE VENTS AS IF THE HEATER IS ON. IT IS REALLY UPSETTING THAT THE CHERRY HILL NJ MERCEDES DEALER HAVE CHECKED MY CAR NUMEROUS TIMES AND CLAIM THEY CANNOT FIND A PROBLEM WITH. SINCE THE DAY NEW FUEL PUMPS WERE PUT ON MY CAR THE CAR HAS BEEN CUTTING OFF CAUSING NEAR ACCIDENTS. .

Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
TIRES
UPDATED INFORMATION TO REFLECT ADDITON OF APPROVED TIRES. *YC
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
