HOSPITAL HAS RECEIVED NUMEROUS CAR SAFETY SEATS TO DISTRIBUTE TO PATIENTS THAT ARE MISSING A LOCKING CLIP OR BELT LOCK OFF DEVICE AND THE OWNERS MANUAL IS INCOMPLETE AND HAS NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION IN A SEAT THAT NEEDS A LOCKING CLIP
