The defect: Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2023-2025 G5 transit buses built on a GM chassis and equipped with a second air conditioning compressor kit. The drive belt pulley may contact and damage the the oil lines.
The risk: A damaged oil like may leak, increasing the risk of a fire in the presence of an ignition source.

The defect: Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2002-2015 MB II, 2008-2026 G5, and 2015-2026 T-Series transit buses. An installation error may prevent the wheelchair tie-downs from locking, leaving the wheelchair improperly secured.
The risk: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit or a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

The risk: A loose power cable connection may cause the control board to overheat and melt, increasing the risk of a fire.

The risk: An unlocked wheelchair can move during transit or during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

The defect: Corp. Micro Bird, Inc. (Micro Bird) is recalling certain 2023-2025 T- Series, G5, and 2024-2025 MBII school buses equipped with a power-assisted service door. The rod-eye rings attaching the front and rear door panels to the opening gear may delaminate, preventing the door from being controlled by the driver.
The risk: The door panel may remain in the open position or open unexpectedly, increasing the risk of passenger being injured falling out of the bus.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect the service door mechanism for signs of rod-eye ring delamination and repair the mechanism as necessary, free of charge.
