THIS TRUCK WEIGHS MORE THAN 25,995 POUNDS. THE TIRES ARE BALD. THE SEAT BELTS DO NOT WORK. DRIVER TRANSPORTS HIMSELF (THE DRIVER) AND TWO(2) OTHER PASSENGERS. TRUCK HAS TWO (2) SEATS IN CAB. ONE SEAT FOR DRIVER AND ONE SEAT FOR PASSENGER. CAB IS NOT EQUIPPED TO TRANSPORT 2 OTHER PASSENGERS AND DRIVER. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR WORKERS THAT ARE BEING TRANSPORTED TO JOB APPOINTMENTS. THE CONTENTS IN THE BOX PART OF TRUCK: WASHER, DRYER, PRESSING TABLE AND CHEMICAL CONTAINERS ARE NOT SECURELY FASTENED TO BOX OF TRUCK. THIS TRUCK HAS NUMEROUS SAFETY ISSUES AND MUST BE INVESTIGATED IMMEDIATELY. COMPANY IN BUSINESS OF ELIMINATING HAZARDOUS, INFECTIOUS AND CHEMICAL WASTE DRAINAGE INTO PUBLIC DRAINS. THERE IS NO FILTER FOR INFECTIOUS WASTE PRIOR TO RUNNING INTO PUBLIC DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN STREETS AND PARKING LOTS. THIS IS A PUBLIC SAFETY ISSUE. PLEASE INVESTIGATE IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU. *TR
