THE DEALER STATED THAT PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE DELAY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.
