CPSC:MY 8 YEAR OLD GIRL SOMEHOW WRAPPED THE SEAT BELT AROUND HER WAIST. WHEN SHE UNBUCKLED, IT TIGHTENED UP. THE MORE SHE STRUGGLED THE TIGHTER IT GOT. I FINALLY HAD TO CUT THE SEAT BELT OFF.*DT *JS
