DISC BRAKE ROTOR ON THE FRONT LEFT WARPED, CAUSING A SHUDDERING/SHAKING UNDER BRAKING. THE ROTOR WAS REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY WITH ANOTHER OEM ROTOR. NO FURTHER PROBLEMS WITH BRAKES, BUT HAVE NOT ACCUMULATED AS MANY MILES AS THE FIRST FAILURE.*AK
DISC ROTOR IS WARPED BEYOND USABILITY, MANUFACTURER DENIES RESPONSIBILITY IN SUPPLYING A REPLACEMENT. MOTORCYCLE IS UNSAFE TO RIDE AT LOW SPEEDS DUE TO THIS DEFECT.*AK

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 MOTO GUZZI V10 CENTAURO MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE ENGINE OIL SUDDENLY SPILLED INTO THE BRAKES AND TIRES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT HE NEEDED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY FOR ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE. THE CONTACT MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER HOWEVER, THE MANUFACTURE HAD NOT RETURNED ANY OF THE CONTACT'S PHONE CALLS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
