Model: Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello - Mandello S Subject: Exhaust manifold lower fixing screw Dear Dealer / Service Centre / Authorised Workshop, We hereby inform you that in order to compensate for the thermal expansion of the metal of the exhaust assembly assembled on the vehicles in question, the lower fastening screw of the exhaust manifold code 2B011592 must protrude by about 5-10 mm from the support and tightened to the prescribed tightening torque of 25 ± 4 Nm (see photo 1). Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
