What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2003 National Rv Sea Breeze, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.
Reports by component
Ranked by how many owner reports name each component category
- Brakes150.0%
- Tires & wheels150.0%
Percentages are of component mentions. A single complaint can name more than one component, so these do not sum to the total complaint count.

What the reports in each category say, in the owners' own words
Brakes
Reports naming service brakes, the antilock braking system, brake hoses, master cylinders or the parking brake.
From owner reports, verbatim
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 NATIONAL SEA BREEZE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE (N/A). WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 40MPH, HE ATTEMPTED TO SLOW DOWN AND THE BRAKES LOCKED. THE ABS LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WHEN HE APPLIED THE BRAKES THE SECOND TIME AND THE BRAKES FAILED TO OPERATE. THE VEHICLE WAS LEFT AT THE DEALER FOR REPAIR, HOWEVER THE REPAIR COULD NOT BE DONE, BECAUSE THE PART WAS ON BACK ORDER. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE REPAIR WILL NOT PERMANENTLY CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY HAVE NOT DESIGNED THE PART THAT WILL PERMANENTLY CORRECT THE FAILURE YET. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 12, 7000.
