BF GOODRICH COMMERCIAL T/A 235 85 16 DOT ANOR XXXX XXXX LESS THAN 500 MILES OF USE THE TREAD SEPARATED FROM TIRE IN PIECES HITTING AND DAMAGING DUMP TANKS AND PIPING.
