1999 NEWMAR MOUNTAIN AIRE WITH DEFECTIVE REFRIGERATOR. CONSUMER STATES THAT THE REFRIGERATOR IS DEFECTIVE BECAUSE HE HAD TO REPLACE THE COOLING UNIT TWICE IN TWO YEARS. *KB THE CONSUMER RECEIVED A REFUND FOR THE PART THAT WAS REPLACED THE SECOND TIME, HOWEVER THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO REIMBURSE FOR THE FIRST CLAIM DUE TO THE DATE OF WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED.
