Our database holds 4 NHTSA owner-reported complaints for the 2021 Nissan NV200. Each one is a report filed by an owner or driver and published by NHTSA without most of them being verified. A complaint is not a confirmed defect, not a recall and not a manufacturer bulletin. Narratives are shown exactly as filed.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

we own a Nissan NV 200 that was getting an air bag error light on the dashboard. We took it to a local nissan dealership in Dayton NJ who said the airbag sensor under the passenger front seat was damaged and the seat will get stuck because since it came loose from it support it looks like it got stuck int he seats track. Nissan is saying the driver did this but it is protected by a drawer and two other sensor which are under the seat and would have also been damaged if this were the case. This is clearly a safety issue as now none of the airbags work and the driver can not safely drive the vehicle
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
