2021 Northwood Arctic Fox Problems
Owner-reported complaints filed with NHTSA, grouped by component

What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2021 Northwood Arctic Fox, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

From owner reports, verbatim
We purchased a brand new 2021 Northwood Arctic Fox 29RK travel trailer on Aril 30, 2021 from Bishs RV in Kalispell, Montana. The dealership delivered it to our home on May 12, 2021. Since we have had it (we have not moved it or used it yet), we have located, so far, 6 separate propane gas leaks in the lines going from the propane tanks to the underbelly of the unit. Due to complications with Bishs RV, we do not trust them to fix anything on this unit so we are having them repaired at our expense, but feel this should be reported. I called Northwood MFG in Oregon and the tech told me told me it goes through 3 pressure tests at the factory prior to being shipped out for sale. I am not sure how this can be true with this many leaks that we have found so far.
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
