SEAT BELT RETRACTOR FAILED INTERMITTENTLY. *AK
BOTH SHOULDER BELTS ARE STUCK IN THE RETRACTOR AND UNABLE TO FREE THEM, WHICH LEAVES REAR PASSENGERS WITHOUT RESTRAINT, AND MAY CAUSE INJURIES TO REAR PASSENGER IF INVOLVED IN A SERIOUS ACCIDENT. SEEKING HELP FROM NHTSA IN THIS MATTER. *AK
THE HEAD RESTRAINTS DO NOT ADJUST HIGH ENOUGH TO PREVENT WHIPLASH. I AM ONLY 5'-11" TALL. *AK
