REAR SEAT LATCH DOES NOT LOCK SEAT IN PLACE. MANUFACURER HAS REDESIGNED "KIT" TO FIX PROBLEM FOR $400+ BUT WILL NOT ADMIT THAT ORIGINAL LATCHING MECHANISM IS DEFECTIVE. LATCH HAS BEEN DEFECTIVE SINCE OUR PURCHASE AT 70,000MI.
