PARKING BRAKEPANTHER IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2008-2009 MOTORCYCLES. THESE MOTORCYCLES FAIL TO CONFORM WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 122, "MOTORCYCLE BRAKE SYSTEMS." THE STANDARD REQUIRES A STRICTLY MECHANICAL FORM OF ENGAGEMENT OF A MOTORCYCLE PARKING BRAKE, WHEREAS THE PARKING BRAKE ON THESE MOTORCYCLES RELIES IN PART ON HYDRAULIC PRESSURE.
