The defect: Pebble Mobility Inc. (Pebble) is recalling certain 2026 Flow recreational trailers. The adhesive securing the solar panels to the roof may fail, causing the solar panel to detach.
The risk: A detached solar panel can become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Pebble will inspect and properly secure the solar panels as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 19, 2026. Owners may contact Pebble customer service at 1-866-732-2518. Pebble's number for this recall is PRB-06-26-001.

Manufacturer communication
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
