MANUFACTOR SHOULD PUT REAL WEIGHTS ON UNITS TO AVOID OVERLOADING PICKUP BY UNSUSPECTING CONSUMERS. ACTUAL WEIGHT IS 3860 WITH 30GL OF WATER, ABOUT 800 OR 25% OVER ITS STATES WEIGHT.
