CONSUMER VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CAR ACCIDENT. CONSUMER WAS DRIVING AND A DOG RAN INTO THE STREET, CONSUMER APPLIED BRAKES AND CAME TO A SUDDEN STOP. HIT ANOTHER VECHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM. NO INJURIES
