DRIVER WAS DRIVING AT APPROX. 40 MPH, GRADUALLY COMING OFF A RAMP, WHEN LEFT REAR TIRE AND RIM SEPARATED AND CAME COMPLETELY OFF WHILE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION, CAUSING VEHICLE TO SKID WHICH COULD HAVE RESULTED IN AN ACCIDENT. DEALER CLAIMED TIRE WAS PUNCTURED. *AK *ML
