HIT BY 2005 CHEVROLET TAHOE. INITIAL IMPACT THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR. AIR BAG DID NOT ACTIVATE NOR DEPLOY. THERE WAS ALSO IMPACT ON THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR . THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG DID ACTIVATE BUT DID NOT DEPLOY HAVE PICTURE TO SUPPORT STATEMENT. UPDATED 12/17/14 UPDATED 08/23/2017*CT
