TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 PORSCHE PANAMERA. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V322000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE CONTACT CALLED PORSCHE OF ARLINGTON (LOCATED AT 3100 RICHMOND HWY, ARLINGTON, VA 22202) AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM WHEN THE PARTS WERE TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.

PORSCHE LARCHMONT (2500 BOSTON POST RD, LARCHMONT, NY 10538, (914) 750-4206) WAS CONTACTED AND CONFIRMED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE RECALL REMEDY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM WHEN THE PARTS WERE TO BECOME AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.

Airbags

The contact owns a 2015 Porsche Panamera. The contact stated while his wife was parking the vehicle and shifted gears to park when the vehicle accelerated independently and crashed into a building. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The air bags did not deploy. The driver sustained injuries on both knees and her neck. The driver did seek medical attention at an urgent care. The contact stated 4 police officers did arrive at the location of the incident but no police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a towing lot. The contact took the vehicle to a local dealer but refused to be serviced until the exterior damages from the crash were repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The VIN was associated with NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V705000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 16.500.

BLOWER UNIT RECALLED. TOLD MAY RESULT IN SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION AND FIRE WHEN VEHICLE PARKED. MADE APPOINTMENT WITH HENNESSY PORCHE ATLANTA FOR REPLACEMENT. APPOINTMENT MADE 2 MONTHS AWAY FROM CALL DUE TO NEED BY HENNESSY TO HAVE PART AVAILABLE. WAS CALLED DAY BEFORE APPOINTMENT THAT PART NOT AVAILABLE AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE. WAS TOLD PORCHE'S CALF FOR NOT SENDING PARTS. EITHER HENNESSY PORCHE OR PORCHE AT FAULT BUT MY SAFETY AT RISK AND NO RESOLUTIONS MADE FOR ME AT THIS TIME.
