What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2003 R-Vision Trail-Lite B+, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

From owner reports, verbatim
I FILL UP THE RV AT GAS STATION THAT'S CLOSE TO HOME SO UNIT IS STORED WITH A FULL TANK. WHEN I PULLED UP TO THE HOUSE TO UNPACK UNIT FROM TRIP,I FOUND THAT FUEL WAS POURING OUT FROM GAS TANK FUEL FILLER TUBE. I EXAMINED THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE I FOUND THAT THE ROUTING OF THE FUEL FILLER TUBE HAS THE RUBBER HOSE RUBBING AGAINST THE REAR SPRING MOUNT AND THAT IT HAD CUT A SLICE INTO THE HOSE. I HAD A NEW TUBE MADE FOR ME TO DIFFERENT SPEC'S THAT PUTS A STEEL SECTION OF TUBING IN THE CLOSE QUARTERS THAT MAY RUB AND HAVE STRAPPED IT DOWN TO THE SPRING MOUNT WITH A RUBBER COVERED CLAMP AND I CUT BACK THE SLICED RUBBER FUEL FILLER HOSE .I HAVE KEPT THE OLD PARTS.(EDIT)YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER MODEL TYPE FOR ME TO CHOSE. I USED TRAIL LITE B+ AS IT WAS THE CLOSEST NAME TO MY UNIT. IT IS A TRAIL LIGHT 24 FT CLASS A UNIT. OK DON'T LAUGH BECAUSE ITS SHORT,HIS NICKNAME IS STUBBY. *TR
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
