What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2017 RAM Promaster City, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

I PURCHASED NEW A 2017 WINNEBAGO TREND MOTORHOME ON A 2016 RAM PROMASTER CHASSIS. THE OUTSIDE REAR VIEW MIRRORS COME IN 2 PARTS. THE LOWER MIRROR DUE TO AN ENGINEERING ERROR CAN NOT MOVE OUT FAR ENOUGH TO PERMIT A SAFE VIEW OF TRAFFIC. ESSENTIALLY IT AFFORDS MOSTLY A VIEW OF THE BODY OF THE VEHICLE. THE LOCAL DODGE AGENCY AGREES BUT UPON CONTACT OF DODGE AND WINNEBAGO NEITHER WILL FURNISH A MIRROR TO GIVE ME A SAFE VIEW. LANE*JS *JS
