The defect

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTOR HOMES. A CLEAR BULB WAS USED IN THE TURN SIGNAL LAMP INSTEAD OF AMBER AS REQUIRED BY FMVSS NO. 108, "LAMPS, REFLECTIVE DEVICES, AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT."

The risk

THE TURN SIGNAL WILL APPEAR CLEAR INSTEAD OF AMBER.

The remedy

DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE CLEAR/WHITE TURN SIGNAL BULBS WITH AMBER TURN SIGNAL BULBS.
