The defect
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: MOTORCYCLES. THE FUEL FILTER CAN LEAK.
The risk
FUEL LEAKAGE IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE COULD RESULT IN A FIRE.
The remedy
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE FUEL FILTER.

OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN MARCH 20, 2000.OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT BUELL AT 1-414-343-8400.
