The defect
VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: STEP VAN CHASSIS. A HOSE WAS USED IN THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM THAT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH POWER STEERING FLUID.
The risk
LOSS OF POWER STEERING FLUID COULD CAUSE INCREASED DIFFICULTY IN STEERING THE VEHICLE, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
The remedy
DEALERS WILL REMOVE AND REPLACE THE SUBJECT HOSES.
