The defect

ON CERTAIN AMBULANCES, THE SEAT BELT ANCHORS FOR THE SQUAD BENCH COULD PULL OUT FROM THE WALL.

The risk

SEAT OCCUPANT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY RESTRAINED IN AN EVENT OF A CRASH.

The remedy

DEALERS WILL INSTALL STEEL PLATES TO REINFORCE THE SEAT BELT ANCHORS. OWNERS SHOULD CONTACT MEDTEC AT 1-574-534-2631.
