The defect

ON CERTAIN MOTOR HOMES, THE STEERING BOLT WHICH ATTACHES THE STEERING ROD TO THE DIRECTIONAL STEERING CASE MAY BE MISSING.

The risk

MISSING BOLTS MAY CAUSE THE DRIVER TO LOOSE STEERING CONTROL INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.

The remedy

A DEALER OR A QUALFIED SERVICE CENTER WILL INSPECT AND, IF NECESSARY, INSTALL THE APPROPRIATE BOLT AND NUTS. THE RECALL BEGAN ON JULY 19, 2006. OWNERS MAY CONTACT TRIPLE E RECREATIONAL AT 1-877-992-9906.
