The defect

KEYSTONE RV IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2009 AND 2010 SPRINTER SELECT 25RB TRAVEL TRAILERS MANUFACTURED FROM FEBRUARY 11 THROUGH NOVEMBER 19, 2009. THE WIRE FROM THE BATTERY TO THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER MAY BE PINCHED BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND THE FRAME.

The risk

IF THE PINCHED WIRE SHORTS, AN INCREASED RISK OF A FIRE CAUSING PROPERTY DAMAGE AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY WILL RESULT.

The remedy

KEYSTON RV WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND WILL REPAIR THE VEHICLES FREE OF CHARGE. THE SAFETY RECALL BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 13, 2010. OWNERRS MAY CONTACT KEYSTONE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1-866-425-4369.
