The defect
Dennis Eagle Inc. (Dennis Eagle) is recalling certain 2017-2021 Elite and Proview vehicles. The driver or passenger window may not open or close properly.
The risk
The driver may become distracted while attempting to open or close the window while driving, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy
Dealers will update the instrument cluster software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 31, 2022. Owners may contact Dennis Eagle customer service at 1-813-440-8136. Dennis Eagle's number for this recall is FSI1412.
