What this recall covers

NHTSA's campaign record, quoted as published

The defect

Terberg Benschop B.V. (Terberg Benschop) is recalling certain 2023-2024 YTXX3 vehicles. A steering arm bolt may have been improperly tightened.

The risk

A loose bolt may allow the steering arm and steering knuckle to separate, causing a loss of steering and increasing the risk of a crash.

The remedy

Dealers will disassemble, clean, and reassemble the linkage, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed March 21, 2025. Owners may contact Terberg Benschop customer service at 348459294. Terberg Benschop's number for this recall is CAM0175.

Notes

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-888-275-9171) or go to nhtsa.gov.

A safety recall is issued when a manufacturer or NHTSA determines that a vehicle has a safety-related defect or does not comply with a federal motor vehicle safety standard. Recall repairs are free. Whether a specific vehicle is covered depends on its VIN — a recall listed for a model year does not necessarily apply to every vehicle of that year.
