What this recall covers

NHTSA's campaign record, quoted as published

The defect

Lamborghini (Automobili Lamborghini) is recalling certain 2024-2025 Revuelto vehicles. The gas springs that allow the doors to open and stay open, may fail due to improperly assembled support pins in the springs.

The risk

Door spring failure can cause the doors to close unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury.

The remedy

Dealers will inspect and repair the spherical pins as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 6, 2025. Owners may contact Automobili Lamborghini customer service at 1-866-681-6276. Automobili Lamborghini's number for this recall is L74X-R.01.25.

A safety recall is issued when a manufacturer or NHTSA determines that a vehicle has a safety-related defect or does not comply with a federal motor vehicle safety standard. Recall repairs are free. Whether a specific vehicle is covered depends on its VIN — a recall listed for a model year does not necessarily apply to every vehicle of that year.
