The defect
Brenner Tank, LLC (Brenner Tank) is recalling certain 2026 TKQXFR tank trailers equipped with split rear impact guards. The incorrect emergency valve was installed. The valve may be damaged during a crash and leak.
The risk
Hazardous liquids may leak onto people near the tank, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy
Brenner Tank will replace the emergency valve, free of charge. Owners may contact Brenner Tank customer service at 1-800-558-8265.
