POSSIBILITY THAT CARBURETOR CAN LOCK IN WIDE OPEN THROTTLE POSITION DUE TO DISTORTION OF THE PRIMARY LEVER AND/OR THE CONNECTING LINK BETWEEN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY THROTTLES.(TEMPORARY MODIFICATION FOLLOWED BY LATER REPLACEMENT OF SUBJECT CARBURETORS.)
