POSSIBILITY THAT A HYDRAULIC BRAKE LINE WAS NOT PROPERLY CLIPPED, ALLOWING THE BRAKE LINE TO CONTACT A CAB FLOOR FLANGE.(INSPECT, INSTALL CLIPS, AND REPLACE LINE AS NECESSARY.)
