POSSIBILITY THAT THE ALLENHEAD BOLTS ON THE REAR AXLE UNIVERSAL JOINTS WERE NOT PROPERLY TORQUED AND WERE OCCASIONALLY INSTALLED WITHOUT SPRING WASHER.THIS CAN LEAD TO THE LOOSENING AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF BOLTS.(INSTALL SPRING WASHER AND RETORQUE BOLTS AS REQUIRED.)
