POSSIBILITY FRONT SUSPENSION TIE RODS IMPROPERLY HEAT TREATED.IF CONDITION EXISTS ROD COULD FRACTURE AL- LOWING FRONT WHEEL TO COME IN CONTACT WITH FENDER WELL CAUSING BRAKING EFFECT AND POSSIBLY REDUCING STEERING CONTROL.(CORRECT BY REPLACING TIE RODS.)
