POSSIBILITY THAT VEHICLES WERE AS- SEMBLED WITH IMPROPER WHEELS, WHICH COULDRESULT IN INTERFERENCE BETWEEN BRAKE DRUM AND WHEEL.(CORRECT BY INSPECTINGAND RE- PLACING WHEELS AS REQUIRED.)
