POSSIBILITY THAT HITCH LATCH HANDLE MAY DROP OUT DUE TO INADEQUATE PLUG WELD.IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS HANDLE COULD FALL OUT AND LATCH FALL OFF THE HITCH.(CORRECT BY WELDING 1/4" FLAT WASHER WITH MINIMUM 5/8" OUTSIDE DIAMETER ON ENDOF HANDLE.)
