POSSIBILITY THAT INCORRECT THROTTLE VALVE ROD CLIP MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED.THIS COULD RESULT IN FAILURE OF THROTTLE LEVER TO RETURN TO IDLE POSITION.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLING PROPER ROD AND CLIP WHERE NECESSARY.)
