POSSIBILITY THAT DURING ASSEMBLY ONE OR MORE 15" X 6" CHASSIS WHEELS HAVINGIMPROPER WELDS WERE IN- STALLED.THIS COULD CAUSE RIM TO SEPARATE FROM SPIDER,OR CENTER SECTION OF THE WHEEL, RESULTING IN DIFFICULTY WITH STEERING CONTROL.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLAC- ING WITH NEW WHEELS WHERE NECES- SARY.)
