POSSIBILITY THAT AUTOMATIC SPEED CONTROL MECHANISM MAY ENCOUNTER THROTTLEHANG-UP IF SPEED CONTROL ANCHOR BRACKET IS IMPROPERLY AS- SEMBLED OUT-BOARD ONTHROTTLE ROD TO CARBURETOR BELL CRANK SUPPORT BRACKET.THIS COULD RESULT INTHROTTLE STAYING PARTIALLY OPEN.(CORRECT BY MAKING NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS.)
