POSSIBILITY THAT LOCKING PAWL USED ON BUCKET SEAT BACK MAY HAVE BEEN PRODUCEDWITH STEEL OF IMPROPER SPECIFICATIONS.IT WAS DETERMINED THAT LOCKING PAWLWOULD NOT PASS FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 207.(CORRECT BYREPLACING WITH PROPER TYPE PAWL.)
